中文摘要 | 父母與老師都是幼兒成長過程中的重要影響人物,雙方有良好關係對幼兒的發展與 學習會有正面的影響。本研究主要目的是探究幼兒園親師之間良好互動關係的經驗,希 望提供親與師建立彼此良好關係之參考。為達研究目的,本研究採現象學研究方式,邀 請20 位自認為與親或師彼此有良好關係者共同參與,其中有9 位幼兒老師和11 位家長, 採個別深度訪談方式搜集研究所須資料。所得資料經分析之後發現良好的溝通、老師的 用心與專業,以及家長的感謝與信任等形塑了親師間良好的關係。 |
英文摘要 | Parents and teachers are significant persons to young children. The quality parent-teacher relationship has positive impact on children’s development and learning. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of building up good relationship between parents and teachers in early childhood settings. In order to achieve the purpose, the method of phenomenology was employed. Twenty participants, nine teachers and eleven parents of young children, who thought that they have good relationship with each other, were recruited. Data was collected through individual in-depth interviewing and then analyzed. The findings of this study showed that effective parent-teacher communications, teacher’s devotion to her job, teacher’s professionalism, and parents’ trust in their teacher shaped the quality parent-teacher relationship. |
