中文摘要 | 資訊產品的問題首在複雜性。而顯示介面上訊息呈現的複雜性,會對產品的使用 性與績效產生很大的影響。本研究針對產品顯示介面在訊息複雜化、顯示介面小型化之下, 探討顯示介面的組織方式與動態資訊對訊息處理的影響。實驗是在電腦液晶螢幕上模擬行動 電話之電話號碼的輸入過程。 實驗條件設定為( 1 )三種不同的組織方式:空間的接近性 、輪廓線與背景;( 2 )高、低二種變動程度的動態資訊,共計六種實驗模型。 在每項模 型操作完成之後,測試受試者對操作螢幕之訊息的回憶與再認的記憶數量,與回答有關顯示 介面設計之主觀評價項目。並且記錄所有實驗模型的操作時間。本研究主要的結論可歸納為 :( 1 )輪廓線的組織方式比空間接近性或背景的組織方式, 可以得到較好的訊息記憶數 量、較短的操作時間、較佳的學習效果與較符合顯示介面設計的一致性原則。 ( 2 )雖然動態資訊對記憶數量並沒有顯著性的影響,但因動態資訊程度高的介面, 其操 作時間較長,吸引受試者的注意,會有加深對訊息記憶的趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The complex processing is the main problem of information products; moreover, the complexity of information displayed on a visual display can cause extreme impacts on product usability and human performance. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the human information processing while using the visual display of small-scale products. The experimental conditions were designed by using three organization models (spatial proximity, contour and background) on display and using high or low level of dynamic information for each organization model. All the experiments were conducted by simulation of a product on a LCD notebook with mouse. Sixty healthy subjects performed the task of inputting a ten-digit mobile phone number just as we do in daily life. The results were analyzed using several methods--the recall and recognition method for memory, operating time, psychological responses for design principles and Plan-Do-See analysis for the operational processes. It was shown that: (1) "use of contour" could make for better per formance in remembering information, operating time, learning effect and consistency of interface design; (2) the value of recall or recall or recognition was higher under the high level of dynamic information than under the low level of dynamic information, although it was not significant. |
