中文摘要 | 隨著科技的進步,競爭也日益激烈,如何提升效率與節省成本,就電 腦輔助機械加工而言,首先要解決的即是刀具路徑之規劃。由於路徑安排方式 會嚴重影響加工品質與效率,本研究嘗試改善傳統規劃上的缺失,藉由引入等 扇形高度理論,做為產生銑削路徑的基礎,再配合弦高誤差的控制,得到均勻 之加工表面。在計算路徑時,除了考慮依等扇形高度決定路徑間距大小外,尚 須判斷路徑位置與曲面的關係,本文利用射線穿越法將不必要的路徑移除,使 刀具區域維持在工件範圍內,因此應用對象可拓展至中空之曲面型式。經由本 研究的模擬及實驗分析,可確定等扇形高度路徑的可行性,並證實在路徑長度 上有顯著的減少。最後以渦輪葉片輪轂面為例,對於應用等扇形法則產生加工 路徑時之問題,本文中有詳盡的探討,目標在實際製造階段,能較快速而又有 穩定的品質。 |
英文摘要 | With the progress of NC technology, there is keener competition among the product. How to promote efficiency and economy has become the focus in the industry, and the most important work is to solve the problems of tool-path planning. As tool-path arrangement seriously affects the quality and efficiency of machining, this research attempts to improve the drawback of traditional planning by introducing the constant scallop-height methodology for milling. It effectively shortens the length of tool path and achieves uniform machining surface with controlling the chord deviation. In the proposed algorithm, the removal of unnecessary path using ray-crossings principle is included to ensure the tool inside the part boundary and the application can be extended to the surface with a hole. Simulation and experimental analysis have been conducted in this research, and confirm the practicality of the constant scallop-height method. Finally the method is applied to hub surface machining in detail as a case study and further discussions are made. |
