英文摘要 | Pressure screening is the predominant method of cleaning andfractionating fiber suspensions of waste paper treatment in the paper industry. Advancedscreening technology mostly uses centrifugal force and profiled screen plates to separate the stockflow into acceptance flow and rejection streams. With the new type of concave hole platesrun in paper mills, the pulp slurry output is higher than the conventional type. Theconstruction of the new type consists of a 45o slope, oval concave length of 120 ㎜, widthof 45 ㎜, and rowed holes in the valley. Production costs are 1% higher than with theconventional screen; the dirt area of initial pulp is 710 ㎜2/m2, and after screen treatmentis 582 ㎜2/m2, while the cleanness degree is augmented by 16%. Results showed that thering crush strength increased by 5%, and the stock output by 30%. |
