中文摘要 | 本研究以模擬工廠噪音曝露情形,將雄性大花鼠分別置於70dB、100dB、110dB等 三種不同噪音環境中(每天八小時且連續三週),以探討噪音對鼠攻擊、飲食行為之影響 。結果顯示,噪音對雄鼠之體重增加百分比及全日之總食量和飲水量並無明顯的影響。但 對日間與全日攝食量百分比以及日間與全日飲水量百分比而言,於第一週曝露後,100dB及 110dB組都較70dB組為大,但於第三週110dB組的百分比情形又恢復到與70dB組的情形相近 ,而100dB組仍維持比70dB組高。就血中睪丸素酮濃度而言,110dB組於第二週及第三週呈 明顯昇高現象。攻擊行為亦隨之而漸增。對於飲食競爭行為之表現,110dB組競爭飼料能力 ,隨著噪音曝露時間之增長而加強,而飲水競爭行為,則為第二週有最大競爭力,到了第 三週又降至與70dB組接近。 以上結果顯示,噪音對飲水及攝食行為,尤其是日夜間規律(diurnal rhythmicity), 會因噪音之強度及曝露時間之不同而有不同的影響,噪音亦可使血中睪丸素酮濃度昇高。 較強及較長時間噪音曝露可增強雄鼠之攻擊行為及攝食競爭行為,此與血中睪丸素酮濃度 之昇高,雖不完全吻合,但大致呈正相關關係。至於對飲水競爭行為之影響,反而因長時 間之噪音曝露而消失。 |
英文摘要 | This study examined the effect of chronic noise exposure on the ingestive behavior in rats. The results indicated no significant differences in percentage of weight gain, daily food and water intake among three groups of rats that were differentially exposed to 70dB, 100dB or 110dB broad band noise for 3 weeks. However, greater day-time/whole day food or water intake ratios were observed in the rats exposing to higher intensity of noise in one week. The elevated ratios returned to the base levels two weeks after. Rate exposed to three-week of 110dB noise had a higher water intake than those of 70dB noise exposure. Agonistic behavior and plasma testosterone were also measured during the period of noise exposure. The results showed a parallel relationship among these parameters, i.e., the longer or the higher intensity in noise exposure, the greater the extent of adaptation occurred. The above results suggest that in subprimate mammals, food or water consumption, aggressiveness as well as plasma testosterone levels showed differential responsiveness to chronic noise exposure. |
