中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的是探討國中資優班指導獨立研究教師普遍性面臨的困境與需求,研究者以自編問卷調查高雄市國中資優班57位指導獨立研究教師普遍性面臨的困境與需求,並進行統計分析,再依問卷所分析的結果,輔以半結構訪談6位資深教師的方式蒐集資料,經歸納整理,所得結果如下: 1.指導獨立研究教師所面臨的困境包括有學生經驗、指導教師知能、家長支持及環境資源等四個方面的問题。 2.指導獨立研究教師普遍性認爲最迫切性需求依序爲:充實獨立研究指導知能、學習如何規劃獨立研究課程、提供相關的課程教材以及充實研究設備與環境。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study junior high school gifted education teachers by analyzing their teaching experiences in the instruction of their students. Questionnaires were given to examine the current status of 57 teachers in Kaohsiung with predicament and needs. An analysis of the research result was conducted by descriptive statistics. A depth interview was engaged on six subjects, who were the independence study instructors. The researcher concluded two findings as follows: First, the source problems these teachers face came from the students, teachers themselves, the parents and the environments. Second, their needs were threefold: to enhance their knowledge on how to instruct their students, to learn how to organize independence study curricula, and to gain teaching materials for reference. |
