中文摘要 | 基於效率與安全無紙化的時代需要,我國目前正在推行XML[1]電子簽章單據,XML[1]文件雖利於資訊的交換,但在文件的可攜性與視覺化的觀看與簽章驗證上,就還有改進的空間。我們所用的電子單據格式為PDF(Portable Document Format)簽章文件,有很高的使用比率,及有很好的驗簽章圖形化介面,使用者可以輕鬆直接地閱讀及做文件來源的安全認證。 本文包括五項技術,首先是異質資料庫的大量資料轉換,以進行兩種資料庫間大量資料的轉換;第二項是為各種資料的快速轉換,將一般文件資料轉換成PDF及具簽章格式的PDF;第三項技術是為在文件轉換中解決一些不支援中文字的問題;第四項是Adobe Acrobat簽章API搭配硬體密碼模組進行簽章的技術;第五項技術是提供系統運作狀態儀表板功能,可以檢查PDF電子票據簽章流程是否完成,同時顯示系統目前各階段執行狀態,並變更資料庫相關資料表欄位數值,最後移除不必要之檔案目錄以有效提升磁碟空間利用。 我們已開發出具有大量簽發PDF電子單據能力的簽章系統,並提供給數據分司發送全公司的電子單據的通知函。未來本項技術還可用在電子帳單/單據服務、電子公證服務、電子證書、多方個體的電子契約等多樣鮮活的安全加值應用。 |
英文摘要 | To fulfill the requirements of the efficiency and security in the paperless era, Taiwan is currently implementing XML[1] format electronic invoices with digital signatures. Although XML[1] documents are beneficial to standardize information exchange, the portability, visual viewing and signature authentication of those still have room for improvement. In our implementation, we use PDF documents with digital signatures as electronic invoices. Thanks to the wide spread of PDF reader software and its better graphic interface of signature verification, users can easily read and intuitively authenticate the sources of documents. Our implementation involves five techniques. The first one is a technique to convert volumes of data between two heterogeneous databases. The second one is a technique to rapidly transform normal documents into digitally signed PDF files. The third one is a technique for solving several difficulties when Chinese characters are encountered during document conversion. The fourth one is a technique for generating digital signatures through the Adobe Acrobat certification API combined with a hardware security module (HSM). The fifth technique is to supply a status board which can display system operation status. With this function, users can confirm if the PDF e-invoices process has been completed or not. The board also displays the status of execution of each phase, and updates the value of table fields in database. Finally we will remove the unnecessarily file directory so we can use the space of the disk effectively. We have already developed a system with the ability of issuing a great deal of digitally signed PDF e-invoices. This system now is providing enterprises e-invoice notification service for Data Communications Business Group of Chunghwa Telecom. In the future, this technology can be utilized on various value-added applications including electronic bill/receipt services, electronic notarization services, digital certification, and multi-entity electronic contracts. |
