英文摘要 | To integrate all professional knowledge in our company for all services, to strengthen the initiation and sharing of all experiences in our company, to strengthen the management of human resources, we have built "Professional Knowledge Succeeding Management System". It adds two new concepts, "work item" and "function", based on the traditional knowledge management system. The system is built for reacting the rapid exchanging in organization. When the organization in our company has changed, the new employees or the employees who take over the new jobs can use this system to help then work smoothly. When someone in our company has quitted, the organization can use this system to keep all experiences from his jobs. So, the system makes the organization improves continuously. The thesis focuses on the system architecture, document architecture, priority policy, function description, application of human resource management, service and system design issues. |
