中文摘要 | 本文以理論探討光滑及多孔層加熱表面之甲醇沸騰穩定特性。光滑及多孔層加熱表面上核沸騰及模沸騰之相對穩定性首先以『平衡熱通量』定量估計,並將等面積法則由所有表面皆具相同沸騰特性推展至兩種不同型式沸騰曲線之情形中,研究結果顯示多孔層之核沸騰較光滑表面除能傳送更多熱量外,其操作更為穩定。 |
英文摘要 | This study numerically investigates the stability characteristics of methanol boiling on a smooth or a porous-layer coated heated surface."Equilibrium heat flux" describes the relative stability between nucleate and film boiling modes over a nonuniformly heated surface with or without a porous layer. In addition, the equal-area criterion is extended from a surface covered entirely by the same boiling curve to a surface having two different boiling curves. Nucleate boiling mode is relatively more stable than that on a smooth surface. Moreover, coating a porous layer on boiling surface not only enhances nucleate boiling, but also introduces a safer operation. |
