中文摘要 | 隨著企業對軟體需求依賴度的提昇,現今軟體業均以成立專案的形式開發軟體,軟體品質的良窳嚴然成為企業成功與否不可或缺的關鍵因素,而軟體品質的好壞最基本的根源乃在於軟體專案之管理。本文即針對國內軟體業的「專案管理」能力提供一個適合的評估模式,以期改善軟體業的開發品質。 本文依據國內軟體業情況,並參考美國卡內基美隆大學所提出的軟體能力成熟度整合(CMMI)模式,以問卷方式經統計方法萃取評估模式的評估架構及其指標,再透過專家問卷獲得評估指標權重,分別以模糊簡單加權平均法、測度距離法及模糊積分法三種方法整合評估結果,並且相互比較優劣。據此,本文的主要研究貢獻預期在於為評估國內軟體業的「專案管理」能力,建立一個符合CMMI模式且合適的評估指標架構。最後,藉由二個國軍單位的資訊部門作為實例對象,以驗証此模式之適用性。 |
英文摘要 | With the increasing demand on software, the quality of software has taken great influence on the success of an enterprise. Currently, softwares of enterprises were almost developed by project. Project management would be the key to control the quality of software. Therefore, the main objective of this paper aimed at constructing a software project capability evaluation model for improving the development quality of software. A questionnaire was designed by referring the Capability Maturity Model Integration model proposed by the Carnegie Mellon University. The statistic tools were used to construct the factor structure that is suitable for evaluating the software project capability of domestic software enterprises. In this model, the evaluation outcomes were respectively aggregated by three algorithms, the fuzzy simple additive weighting method, the metric distance method and the fuzzy integral method. Two military information departments were taken as the target of empirical verification. |
