英文摘要 | In the era of knowledge-based economy, innovation has become the key to superiority for individuals, teams and organizations. To meet the challenge of new age, it's very important for school leaders to calculate how to integrate innovational ideas into school management to improve school's efficiency and quality. The aim of this paper is to discuss about school innovation management's dilemma and reflection. The main arguments are to understand the relation and fruitage from exploring the significance of school innovation management, the current situation and problems of innovation management, and to provide the suggestion about school innovation management's thoughts and methods. |
