中文摘要 | 本研究皆在發展評量幼兒教師線性時間與類比時間管理態度的情境判斷量表,並透過驗證性因素分析,檢定線性時間與類比時間管理態度此一假設模式的因素結構型態。研究者以高雄地區262名幼兒教師為問卷調查的受試者,藉由情境判斷量表蒐集實證資料。驗證性因素分析結果發現,觀察資料支持一個包含線性時間管理、類比時間管理的二因素時間管理態度建構。根據研究發現,研究者對未來研究提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study integrates linear and analogy time management attitudes into a common framework that explains contextual time management believe. We aim at measuring of linear and analogy time management attitudes. The major instrument for this study is “time management attitudes situational judgment inventory for preschool teachers”. Questionnaire survey is conducted with 262 preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County. Statistically, confirmatory factor analysis is applied to the quantitative procedures of model test. The results support a two-first-order-factor oblique model. According this finding, the suggestions is ordered. |
