中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的是:1.探討專科體育教師的教導方式對學生體育課學習滿意度 及內在動機的影響。2.比較男、女體育教師教導方式的差異情形。3.比較體育教師和學生對 體育教師教導方式知覺的差異情形。4.比較男、女學生對體育教師教導方式的知覺、上體育 課的學習滿意度及內在動機的差異情形。本研究以專科學校五年制之一、二、三年級的學生 及任教於該班的體育教師為研究對象,其中教師41人(男22人、女19人)學生983人(男 464人,女519人)。本研究以「體育教師教導方式量表」、「學習滿意度量表」及「內在動機 量表」進行研究資料的搜集。所得資料經統計分析後,獲得下列結果:1. 體育教師在「課業」、 「控制」、「情感」上所表現的教導方式,能有效預測學生上體育課學習滿意度及其內在動機。 2.男、女體育教師在「課業」、「控制」、「情感」上所表現的教導方式沒有差異。3.體育教師 對自己教導方式之自我知覺,與學生對其教導方式之知覺有差異存在。4.男、女學生對於體 育教師在「課業」上所現表的教導方式之知覺有顯著差異存在。5.男、女學生對於上體育課 分別在學習滿意度及內在動機有顯著差異存在。由以上結果,本研究針對結果的應用及未來 的研究提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were (1) to explore the effects of teaching styles of college's teachers of physical education on students' learning satisfaction and intrinsic motivation; (2) to compare the differences of teaching styles between male and female physical education teachers; (3) to compare the differences of perceptions to teachers' teaching styles between physical education teachers and students; and (4) to separately compare the differences of perceptions to teachers' teaching styles, learning satisfaction to the curriculum of physical education, and intrinsic motivation between male and female students. The subjects used in this study were the students selected from the first to the third grade in junior colleges. There were 41 teacher (male 22,female 19), and 983 students (male 464,female 519)."Physical Education Teachers" "Teaching Styles Inventory", "Learning Satisfaction Inventory", and "Intrinsic Motivation Inventory" were administered to the subjects. The collected data were analyzed and the main findings were as follows: (1) Physical Education teachers' "task", "control", and "expression" teaching styles could predict students' learning satisfaction and intrinsic motivation. (2) There were no differences of teaching styles between male and female physical education teachers. (3) There were significant differences of perceptions to teachers' teaching styles between physical education teachers and students. (4) There were significant differences of perceptions to teacher's teaching styles between male and female students. (5) There were significant differences of learning satisfaction and intrinsic motivation separately between physical education teachers and students. According to the results, some applications of the study and suggestions for the future study were offered. |
