中文摘要 | 可撓式薄膜材料測試機之研發設計與製造,在機械方面為運用CAD/CAE/CAM互相配合設計與製造而成,首先以平面四連桿組作動原理設計薄膜材料測試機的傳動連桿機構,進而建立連桿機構之各連桿尺寸,並使用Solid Works 2006建構出薄膜材料測試機的實體模型,接著利用Visual Nastran 4D 2004模擬薄膜材料測試機的速度、加速度、動作及其應力分析、最後使用Master CAM配合CNC綜合切削加工機製造薄膜材料測試機的實體。電機控制方面則運用可程式控制器(PLC)控制直流馬達正反轉以帶動傳動軸;計數次數方面乃利用外接鍵盤輸入次數後,再配合PLC內部一般電驛、計數器及狀態電驛所撰寫而成的程式,以完整呈現其功能。經實驗證實薄膜材料測試機機臺之作動原理,可在有效範圍內完成薄膜撓曲的測試。 |
英文摘要 | The research is that design and manufacture of the flexible membrane tester are to make use of CAD/ CAE/CAM in mechanism. First, to design membrane tester's transmission bar linkage mechanism with planar four-bar linkages working principle, builds each size of linkages. Then, using Solid Works 2006 constructs the membrane material tester's substance model. Continually using Visual Nastran 4D 2004 simulates the membrane material tester's speed, acceleration, action, and its stress analysis. In the end, using Master CAM to harmony with CNC machining center manufactures membrane material tester's substance. In electric machinery, using programmable logic controller (PLC) controls direct-current motor turning in both directions (back and forth). And it can be driving the transmission shaft. In counting frequency, the program is that using the keyboard to input numbers. Then it matches up with PLC inside relay, counter, and status relay to show its function completely. According to the experiment, the principle of the membrane material tester can be tested in valid range to finish membrane flexibility. |
