中文摘要 | 本論文在探討裝配程序規劃所應考慮之可行性及品質因素。首先,規劃裝配程序之可行性條件分別由資源獨立及資源相依之觀點提出討論。依此,本文提出了五項可行性測試之條件,分別為機械可行性、幾何可行性、資源相容性、資源可及性、及局部裝配穩定性。同時,基於裝配作業之複雜性及其對系統資源之需求,本文並就作業相關及程序相關之觀點來評估裝配程序計畫之品質。五項品質評估準則如:方向性、夾具複雜性、方向變換性、工具更換性及夾具重組性亦分別提出說明並應用於產生最佳之裝配程序計畫。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the feasibility and quality considerations for planning assembly sequences. First, the gap between assembly sequence planning and task planning is addressed along with the consideration of constrained environments for the assembly planning problems. Then, the feasibility issues in planning assembly sequences are described from resource-independent and resource-dependent viewpoints. The conditions for testing feasibility are presented as mechanical feasibility, geometric feasibility, resource compatibility, resource accessibility and subassembly stability. In addition, both operation-related and sequence-related criteria for evaluating the quality of assembly operations and sequence plans are proposed based on the complexity of the assembly operations and their demands on system resources such as robot arms, grippers, fixtures and tools. Five quality criteria such as direction index, fixture complexity, direction change, tool change and fixture reconfiguration are presented for generating the best assembly sequence plan. |
