中文摘要 | 台灣山岳隧道開挖向以鑽炸工法開挖施工為主,自台電公司鯉魚潭水庫士林水力發電工程頭水隧道成功以隧道鑽掘機(TBM)開挖施工後,新建隧道工程即陸續採用TBM開挖工法施工。因本島山岳隧道工程在開挖時常遭遇斷層、剪裂破碎帶、地下水豐沛大量湧水等不良地質,根據以往經驗TBM開挖施工時遭遇不良地質弱帶,不但施工處理困難費時且工程費用大增。新武界引水隧道工程TBM段隧道里程7k+940.7處TBM機頭前方遭遇地質弱帶造成頂拱岩楔抽坍,曾採用鋼環片支撐工法施工,本文以此為例說明鋼環片工法原理、處理過程及其改善對策,供相關工程界參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since the first successful project of the Shihlin tunnel case, the Taiwan Power Company has been continuously adopting Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) as the main tool for tunnel excavation. However, past experiences also gained that it was quite costly and also time consuming to save the buried machine when bad geological conditions such as fractured shear zone or faulting was encountered. At Sta. 7k+940.7 of New Wuchieh diversion tunnel project, the TBM was again encountered caved-in of rock wedge in front of the head of machine. For the sake to save the TBM, steel segment was used and was found quite efficient. How useful of using this steel segment is reported in the paper and is wishing to be beneficial to other tunneling engineers. |
