中文摘要 | 軸承是水輪發電機重要設備配件之一,目前普遍使用軸承金屬為巴氏合金(Babbit Metal),因巴氏合金易磨耗及熱變形,故產業界一直積極尋求軸承替代材料,以簡化水輪發電機維修工作,降低運轉維護成本。工程塑膠軸承可承受熱磨耗能力及耐腐蝕均較巴氏合金佳,可延長軸承壽命,減少軸承所造成之發電損失。 |
英文摘要 | Bearings are one of the essential parts in the hydro generators. At present, Babbit metal is often used as bearing metal. However, Babbit metal is wearing and heat distortion-prone. The manufacturers therefore keep on seeking for the substitute materials for bearings so as to simplify the repairs of the hydro generators and lower the operation and maintenance cost. Since the capability of the engineering plastic bearings against heat wearing and corrosion is better than that of Babbit metals, the service life of bearings can be extended and the power production loss caused by bearings can also be decreased. |
