中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討離乳仔豬飼糧中添加益生菌或餵飼發酵飼糧對其生長性能及免疫反應之影響。選取48頭六週齡體重相近之商業化生產雜交仔豬(L×Y×D),公母各半,逢機分成三個處理組,分別為(1)對照組:基礎飼糧組;(2)益生菌添加組:於基礎飼糧中添加0.2%益生菌;(3)醱酵飼糧組:由益生菌添加於飼糧中再進行醱酵處理。每處理組二重覆,試驗期間飼料及水均採生食,試驗期由豬隻6-13週齡,共進行7週。試驗結果顯示,各處理組間之平均每日飼料採食量、平均隻日增重、飼料轉換率及血清中IgG濃度(mg/mL),在統計上差異均不顯著;但益生菌添加組及醱酵飼糧組之每日飼料採食量均分別較對照組提高4.12%及7.22%;平均隻日增重分別較對照組提高3.92%及7.84%;而血清中IgG濃度(mg/mL)則分別較對照組提高15.30%及25.67%。另外,醱酵飼糧組的飼料轉換率亦較對照組為佳,約改善1.60%之效果。綜合上述,在離乳仔豬飼糧中添加益生菌或餵飼醱酵飼糧,均有增加豬隻之飼料採食量、平均隻日增重及提升免疫能力之趨勢,其中又以醱酵飼糧組的效果較為明顯,並能改善其飼料轉換率。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates growth performance and immune response in weanling pigs fed diets containing probiotics or fermented basal diet. Forty-eight 6-week-old Landrace× Yorkshire× Duroc crossbred piglets (equal numbers of males and females) were randomly allotted to one of three dietary treatments with two replications. The control treatment was fed the basal diet; The probiotics supplemented group was fed basal diet with the addition of 0.2% probiotic; The fermented basal diet group was fed the fermented basal diet with the probiotic. The duration of experiment was from 6 to 13 week-old of weanling pigs. Feed and water were supplied ad libitum during the experiment. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences among the three treatments in feed intake, average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, or serum IgG concentration (mg/mL). However, the feed intake in the weanling pigs fed the probiotics supplemented group and the fermented basal diet group were increased to 4.12% and 7.22% than those of control, respectively. The average daily gain in the probiotics supplemented group and the fermented basal diet group were increased to 3.92% and 7.84% than those of control, respectively. The serum IgG concentration (mg/mL) in the probiotics supplemented group and the fermented basal diet group were increased to 15.30% and 25.67% than those of control, respectively. Additionally, the feed efficiency in the fermented basal diet group was increased to 1.60% than that of control. The results showed that the probiotics supplemented group and the fermented basal diet group could improve feed intake, average daily gain, and immune response in weanling pigs, and the fermented basal diet group was better than the probiotics supplemented group. |
