中文摘要 | 本研究係以農業廢棄物之玉米穗軸、香菇蒂以及甘蔗渣等做為製備活性碳之原料,其製備條件分為炭化及活化部份,炭化部份係以升溫速率10℃/min,其溫度各為700、750、800、850、900及950℃;爾後活化部份持續溫度各設定為700、750、800、850、900及950℃,其持續時間為90min,炭化時爐內通入氮氣,活化則為二氧化碳,最後並經通入氮氣冷?4小時而成。三者活性碳所得收率為玉米穗軸11.9至26.6%;香菇蒂者為7.5至23.9%;甘蔗渣者為1.7至28.4%。苯吸附結果顯示,三種活性碳吸附量皆達到25%以上,而碘值結果可知,三種之範圍約為685至1020mg/g間,其中以甘蔗渣者最佳,約1020mg/g。毒性試驗及致突變試驗方面,依上述結果,選取活化溫度850℃玉米穗軸活性碳、850℃甘蔗渣活性碳及800℃香菇蒂活性碳等做為試樣,以TA98及TA100為突變測試菌株,三種試樣於毒性試驗表現上,殘菌數皆高於對照組的80%以上,顯示為不具細胞毒性,而致突變方面,三種試樣對於Salmonella typhimurium TA98及TA100並無超過自發性回復突變數(Spontaneous revertants)兩倍以上,結果判定三種試樣不具有致突變性,可初步視為一安全性天然乾燥劑原料或添加物。 |
英文摘要 | This study used corn cob, mushroom stalk, and bagasse pith of agricultural wastes as the specimens by using the conditions of carbonization and activation to prepare activated carbons. Carbonized temperature were set at 700, 750, 800, 850, 900 and 950℃ with a heating of 10℃/min. Activated temperature were 700, 750, 800, 850, 900 and 950℃ with 90 min of activated time. During the carbonization and activation, a nitrogen and a carbon dioxide were used to access the reactor, respectively. The activated carbons finally were cooling down for 4h with the nitrogen. The results indicated that the yield for corn cob activated carbon was 11.9 - 26.6%, for mushroom stalk was 7.5 - 23.9%, and for bagasse pith was 1.7 - 28.4%. For the tests of benzene adsorption, three types of activated carbons were reached to over 25%. The range of iodine number was 685 to 1020 mg/g from the results of the iodine number tests, and the activated carbon of bagasse pith was the best one, about 1020 mg/g. For the toxicity and mutagenicity tests, according to the results of yield and benzene adsorption, the activated carbon of corn cob, mushroom stalk, and bagasse pith at the activiated temperature of 850℃, 850℃, and 800℃ was individually selected, and the types of strain were TA98 and TA100. The results showed that the rest of bacterium was higher than 80% of the control, indicating the activated carbons was without the toxicity. In the results of the mutagenicity tests, the activated carbons to Salmonella Typhimurium TA98 and TA100 were not over spontaneous revertants above twice, indicating that the activated carbons were provided without mutagenicity occurred. It is suggested that the safety of these activated carbons can be as the materials of natural drying agent or additives initially. |
