中文摘要 | 鋅是植物中多種代謝酵素的輔因子,具有促進生長與發育的功效。因此,本試驗的目的是評估葉面噴施鋅對菠菜、青梗白菜及蘿蔓萵苣生育的影響。試驗以0.25、0.5及1.0 g•L^(-1) 氧化鋅進行處理。結果顯示,處理0.5 g•L–1鋅肥的鮮乾重皆比對照組(CK)顯著增加,但1.0 g•L^(-1)者則有下降的趨勢。硝酸鹽含量伴隨著鮮乾重的變化,但均明顯低於CK,約減少38%-89%。處理鋅肥植株約較CK增加30%-50%可溶性糖含量。3種蔬菜的抗壞血酸含量均是處理0.5 g•L^(-1)鋅肥較佳。由以上結果建議,於3種蔬菜生育期間進行0.5 g•L^(-1)氧化鋅葉面噴施是較推薦的方式。 |
英文摘要 | Zinc is a cofactor of various metabolic enzymes in plants and promotes their growth and development. This study investigated the influence of zinc foliar application on the growth of spinach, cabbage, and romaine-type lettuce. Zinc oxide (ZnO) fertilizers with concentrations of 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 g•L^(-1) were tested. The results showed that ZnO with a concentration of 0.5 g•L^(-1) yielded higher fresh and dry weights (FW and DW, respectively) than control groups (CKs) did, and that the FW and DW decreased for ZnO with a concentration of 1.0 g•L^(-1). In addition, nitrate contents depended on the variation of FWs and DWs but were considerably lower than those of the CKs by approximately 38%-89%. Soluble sugar in the zinc-fertilized plants increased by approximately 30%-50% compared with that in the CKs. The 0.5 g•L^(-1) ZnO fertilizer yielded optimal ascorbic acid contents in the 3 plants. These results reveal that the 0.5 g•L^(-1) ZnO fertilizer is the optimal ZnO fertilizer for foliar application during the growth period of spinach, cabbage, and romaine-type lettuce. |
