中文摘要 | 本研究進行三項實驗以評估由Schizophyllum commune萃取之Beta- 1,3-glucan (商品名,簡稱VST) 用於提高草蝦苗活存率以及增強其耐緊迫與飢 餓以及抗病原弧菌之能力。使用三種飼料,包括兩種市售微粒黏結人工飼料 (MBA、MBB) 與蒸蛋 (SE),添加或不添加0.2%VST,調配製成實驗用飼料。 利用0.5 t 玻璃纖維水槽,每槽放養草蝦無節幼蟲35,000±700 尾,每組飼料三 重覆,進行培育試驗11天。 實驗結果顯示,MBA成品添加微包衣VST可明顯(p<0.05) 強化蝦苗耐飢餓與 抗Vibrio harveyi的感染。MBB或SE在製造時於原料中添加VST,對提高蝦苗 活存率與增加蝦苗耐低溫耐緊迫有顯著的 (p<0.05) 效果。因此,於飼料中添加 VST可增強草蝦苗抵抗不良條件可進而提高活存率。 |
英文摘要 | Three feeding trials were conducted to evaluate the effects of beta-1,3- glucan, VST, from Schizophyllum commune, on survival and resistances to stress, starvation and vibriosis infection of Penaeus monodon postlarvae. Three control diets, two commercial microbound diets (MBA and MBB) and steamed chicken egg (SE), were tested with or without addition of 0.2% VST. Three replicates were conducted for each diet in 0.5t fiberglass tanks at the stocking density of 35,000±700 nauplii for 11 days. The results showed postlarvae fed MBA plus microcoated VST had significantly higher (p<0.05) resistance against starvation and Vibrio harveyi than postlarvae fed control diet. When VST mixed with other ingredients during the preparation of MBB or SE diet, postlarvae fed with these diets had significantly higher (p<0.05) survival rate and resistance against low temperature stress than postlarvae fed control diets. Thus, addition of VST to the diets for P. monodon larvae will improve their resistance to extreme condition and increase survival. |
