中文摘要 | 物價上漲、薪資停滯已成為2007年臺灣受僱勞工共同面臨的問題,相關的統計資料顯示過去幾年勞工並未分享努力工作與經濟成長的果實,「物價上漲、薪資停滯」的時代不僅削弱了勞工的購買能力,更促使新興族群「賴家族」與「飛特族」快速發展,而這兩個族群通常是較低所得者,同時也是在飆漲物價中受害最深的一群。政府一定要採取因應對策;首先,勞工行政部門隨物價上升而定期調整基本工資是第一個建議。其次,作為公部門最大雇主的政府,應該定期調整軍公教人員的薪資,不能讓公務人員的實質所得惡化,同時也應作為民間企業妥適照顧員工的榜樣。第三,最根本的作法應該是把經濟搞好,提供臺灣人民更多像樣的工作與機會。 |
英文摘要 | The rising of cost of living and wage stagnation are the challenging problems for the Taiwanese employees in 2007. The problems not only weakened the purchasing power of the workers, but also created the new groups of Boomerangers and Freeters. These two groups are usually the lowest wage earners and suffer the most in the time of inflated prices. The government has to take measures to help the employees to cope with this problem. Adjusting the basic wage according to the CPI shift is the first measure suggested to the government in order to keep the workers’ real wage level. The government, the major employer of the public sector’s employees, should regularly raise wages to compensate for public employees’ deteriorating real income. Most importantly, government should improve economic environment and provide more decent jobs and opportunities for the people in Taiwan. |
