中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討學校行政倫理理論內涵及學校行政人員之倫理實踐方向。首先檢視學校行政工作之倫理性質及說明學校行政倫理意義,其次指出學校行政倫理宜含括效益、正義、關懷、批判和德行面向;然後分別就這五個面向之理論內涵加以探討,且據以對學校行政人員之倫理實踐提出建議。最後則以一則案例分析為例,探討如何從上述幾個倫理面向出發來思考從事學校行政人員的倫理實踐。 |
英文摘要 | This article aims to explore the theoretical framework and the way of practice of school administration ethics. Firstly, the ethical character of school administration work is examined, and then the definition of school administration ethics is illustrated. Thirdly, the dimensions of school administration ethics are provided, and fourth, the related theory and the practice of the above dimensions were explored. Finally, a case is analyzed as an example. |
