中文摘要 | 鈦合金由於具有強度高、密度低、韌性佳、耐蝕性佳、耐疲勞等優點,近年來已 被廣泛應用於航太工業用鍛件,並且已漸漸推廣至一般工業,如汽、機車業及化工業、眼鏡 業、球具業等•••。本文敘述以落鎚鍛機進行鈦合金連桿鍛件之研發,並藉此討論鈦合金 連桿鍛造模具設計特點、鍛造溫度、潤滑被覆等參數,以作為實際鍛造量產作業之參考。本 研究結果顯示 Ti-6Al-4V 鍛件降伏強度可達 975MPa,伸長率達 16%, 而 Ti-3Al-2V-S 鍛 件降伏強度可達 719 MPa,伸長率 17%。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the advantages of Titanium alloys including high strength, lower density, good toughness, good resistance to corrosion, good resistance to fatigue, recently, Titanium alloys are widly applied to areo-space industires, further more, they are also expanded to normal industries, such as automobile, motocycle, chemical, glasses, golf utility industries...etc. This paper describes R & D of Titanium alloys connecting rod forgings with drop hammer forging, it also discuses about parameters of die design, forging temperature, lubrications...etc for reference to acture mass production uses. These results illustrated the yield strength and elongation of Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-3Al-2V-S connecting rod forgings are 975 MPa, 16% and 719 MPa, 17%。 |
