This paper can be a reference for the feasibility as well as future design and construction of the web-based learning community for teachers professional growth. Web-based learning community adapting itself to the current Internet and WWW environment can be helpful to resource share, information search, experience exchange, knowledge construction, problem-solving, and collaborative learning of learners. The model of web-based learning community can naturally be an alternative to fostering teachers in-service training and professional development. |
