中文摘要 | 動機理論係說明人類行為如何受激發、指導、維持、和終結的動因和歷程。學校行政人員若能了解並善用動機理論,將直接有助於教師工作士氣的提升,間接有助於學校教育目標的達成。 本文首先評述歐美學者所發展的四個動機內容理論和四個動機過程理論,然後再從動機理論的觀點,綜合歸納出激勵教師工作士氣的九個作法,供學校行政人員之參考。(本文初稿係作者於民國七十九年六月於台北市教師研習中心所作之研習課程講義,為利知識傳播,故予以修正發表之) |
英文摘要 | Motivation theories are aimed to explain the factors which can energize, direct,and channel human behavior, and the process in which that behavior is sustainedand terminated. If school administrators can fully understand and utilizemotivation theories, they will be able to promote teachers' morale.The author of this paper has reviewed four content theories of motivation andfour process theories of motivation developed by Western scholars. According tothe perspective of motivation theories, the author has suggested the nineprinciples schoool administrators can adopt to motivate teachers successfully. |
