中文摘要 | 近幾年來,各大專院校紛紛升等為技術學院,彼此間的競爭日漸增加,再加上人口成長率的衰減,各高中職正面臨著招生不足的一大挑戰,也就是說,以後的技術學院也可能面臨相同的問題。而本研究以問卷的方式,利用所謂的顧客行銷管理的觀念,將學生視為高等教育機構的顧客,去了解學生的學習狀況與對學校間的各單位的滿意度,做為學校及學生被此努力的參考。 本研究以中卅技術學院二技生為調查對象,於91年5月7日至4日、夜間部各班發出問卷三百份,有效問卷三百份,回收率為100%:接著利用了基本資料分析、卡方分析、敘述統計、相關係數分析、單因子變異數分析、T統計、複迴歸等統計分析法去分析整理好的資料。 此研究分析顯示,大部分的同學對學校滿意度評等,大都集中於普通偏低一點。也就是說學生滿意度確實值得重視,學校可利用本研究之結果做為學校政策以及計畫的擬定、重新檢視其資源分配比例及服務形式的改進;另外,學生可經由滿意度評估的過程,重新檢視其大學生涯的目標,並更清楚地暸解學校 (包括施政、校園環境、學校組織與特色等)。 |
英文摘要 | In the past few years, many junior colleges have changed into technology institutes, so the competition between them is inevitably increasing. However the population-increasing rate is decreasing; many high schools could not get enough students. In other words, many institutes are going to face the same problem. This study uses questionnaire to investigate, applying the concept of customer marketing management and considering students as school’s customers, in order to understand learning status and the degree of their satisfaction to the school. The subjects of this study are two-year college students. On May 7, 2002, the researchers distributed 300sets of questionnaire to each class, including day and night divisions. All of the questionnaires are valid. Then, we apply some basic analyzing methods to analyze the data, such as Chi-Square, Descriptive Analysis, One-Way ANVOA , T-Statistics, Multi-Regression Analysis, etc. The result shows that most students are not satisfied with the school. The degree of satisfaction is below the average. The outcome is important information to the school. The school can consider the result as a reference for making policies. One the other way, after the evaluation, the students can examine their goals of college life and familiarize their school, including its policies, its environment, and its administration structure. |
