中文摘要 | 電腦網路科技迅捷地發展帶來多樣化的教學型態與創新的教學輔助工具。網路部落格,亦即網路導向的網誌,被視為當今網際網路最普遍受歡迎的發表場域之ㄧ。其高度方便性與即時性是網路部落格的重要特質。本研究旨在探討透過網路部落格培養學生英文寫作能力之效益。此試驗性研究涵蓋引導式寫作與問卷調查兩方面。本實驗性研究的對象為三十四位就讀國中二年級的學生。研究者在奇摩網站架設部落格,作為學生練習寫作的平台。本文首先針對架設寫作網站的步驟逐一加以介紹,接著提供網路導向的引導式寫作活動讓學生練習英文寫作。在學生完成寫作草稿後,以同儕互閱及老師批閱兩種方式進行錯誤之批改與糾正。接著,再以問卷調查學生對於網路部落格的寫作方式,以及他們對網路導向的引導式寫作所採用的策略進行瞭解。本研究發現網路部落格對英文寫作教學的確產生相當正面的輔助效益。 |
英文摘要 | The fast development of computer technology has brought diverse teaching and learning styles as well as innovative instructional facilities. Weblog, the Web-based journal, is viewed as one of the most popular domains in the Internet nowadays. It features convenience and immediacy. The main purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the application of Weblog to cultivate EFL students’ English writing competency. This empirical study includes a guided-writing instruction and a questionnaire survey. The participants of this study are 34 eighth graders at a junior high school. Yahoo! Blog is used to a writing platform, and a series of setting up procedures is introduced first. Web-based guided-writing tasks are offered to students. After having finished the writing drafts, the participants get the corrections from peer review and teacher review. Then, a questionnaire is administered to understand EFL learners’ attitudes toward Weblog writing and their strategies for Web-based guided writing. The finding showed that Weblog poses a positive impact on the teaching of EFL writing. |
