中文摘要 | 本研究在探討不同生活型態的科技大學學生在休閒行為的概況上是否有差異存在。透過問卷調查法,對十所科技大學學生發放1,500份問卷,有效回收率89.39%,採用因素分析、集群分析、變異數分析等資料分析方法。研究結果如下:1.科技大學學學生可以被分成前衛群、創新群、居家群、運動休閒群及一般大眾群等五個不同生活型態的區隔群。2.24種休閒行為分成戶外類、運動類、靜態益智類、玩樂類、修身類等五類休閒行為。3.各區隔群對不同休閒行為的喜歡程度、參與程度、以及對時間與金錢花費的認知上絕大部分支持有顯著的差異存在。4.在休閒行為的參與動機上,最常見的是放鬆休息、娛樂、鍛鍊身體、打發時問以及純為個人興趣。5.在休閒行為的考慮因素上,時間、金錢、參與伙伴、活動項目的內容、方式等,是決定參與休閒與否的重要因素。6.五個不同生活型態的區隔群僅在性別的人口統計變數上有顯著性差異。並做出以下建議,1.針對學校(1)瞭解科技大學學生之生活型態(2)強化休閒教育,導正休閒觀念。2.針對學生個人(1)建立休閒即健康之觀念(2)培養「時間管理」之觀念及技巧(3)多參加休閒活動,拓展人際關係,豐富人生。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the difference of leisure behavior among students of technology universities. The research released 1500 questionnaires to the 10 public and private technology universitie. Statistical methods used in this paper include Factor analysis, Clustering Analysis and ANOVA. The valid response rate is 41%, the study results were as following 1. The students of the technology universities can be separated into five groups with different life styles, which were Avant-garde group, innovative group, family-oriented group, recreational group and general group. 2. We classified 24 kinds of leisure behavior into five categories: outdoor, sport, mind games, entertainment and self-cultivation. 3. Each group had obvious discrepancy on preference, participation of different leisure behavior and cognition of time and money spent. 4. The most common reasons for participating in leisure motive were arranged as relaxing, entertainment, physical training, pass time and self-interests respectively, which were also the main reasons for each group to have the leisure behavior. 5. About the consideration of leisure behavior time, money, participating partner, content of activities and the way of doing activities were the considered factors. 6. There was only gender of the population showed significant difference among the five groups. According to it, we had some suggestions: (1) To school: •Understand students' lifestyle of Technology University. •Enhance leisure education and correct the leisure concept. (2) To students: •Realize the idea that leisure equals health. •Set up the concept and the way of time management. •Join more leisure activities to extend the relationship with others and fulfill the life. |
