中文摘要 | 隨著電子產品越來越精密,電阻的規格也越來越多,無法像過去一樣使用存貨生產的模式,而改採接單組裝的方式生產,且在十多道製程中有五道製程具有迴流特性,將會迴至同一製程站,故在此一製程站的生產原則,將會影響到整個製造廠的績效。本研究提出一個以模擬為基礎之研究架構,以探討各實驗變數(如印刷機派工法則、半成品製造型態)對薄膜晶片電阻廠之影響程度,並根據不同的績效指標,以評估各印刷機派工法則在不同環境的表現。本研究所採用的績效指標包括:總利潤、等待印刷機之訂單數、半成品存貨水準與流程時間。本研究並以一個實際的薄膜晶片電阻廠為個案,以示範所提出的研究架構。個案之分析結果顯示,若以總利潤或流程時間為主要的績效指標,以「印刷機之派工法則三」(代表依照產品完成度優先)表現較佳;若以等待印刷機之訂單數或半成品存貨水準為主要的績效指標,則以「印刷機之派工法則一」(代表先到的訂單先接受服務)表現較佳。 |
英文摘要 | Because electronic products are sophisticated gradually, resistors have more specifications and make-to-stock (MTS) production mode cannot be used anymore. Instead, the assemble-to-order (ATO) production mode is used. Among the more than ten operations, there are five operations having the reentrant feature and parts must return to the same station for processing in these operations. Therefore, the priority rules of parts in this station will affect the performance of the factory. This study proposes a simulation-based research structure to evaluate the impact of experimental variables (sequencing rule in printers, manufacturing pattern of semi-finished products, etc.) on the performance of the thin film chip resistor factory. The performance indexes used in the study include total profit, number of orders waiting in printer, inventory level of semi-finished products, and flow time. Finally, a real thin film chip resistor factory is used to demonstrate the research structure. Based on the results of the case study, SRP3 (i.e., the one closer to completion is preferred) performs better with respect to the measure of total profit or flow time, while SRP1 (i.e., FCFS) performs better with respect to the measure of number of orders waiting in front of printers or inventory level of semi-finished products. |
