中文摘要 | 本議驗之目的在探討飼料中不同含量之n-3度不飽和脂肪酸(n-5 HUFA)對花身雞魚體魯質組成與脂肪酸組成之影響。試驗飼料共分五組,以白魚粉與酪蛋白為主蛋白源,而添加大豆油及n-3 HUFA油(含85%之n-3 HUFA)用以調整飼料中n-3 HAFA之含量。選取平均體重約8.0g左右之試驗魚置於約100 l之玻璃水箱中,每一處理有三重覆,試驗期間之海水溫度與鹽度分別為19.3-23.6℃及30.2-25.9ppt,試驗共進行12週。魚體之脂質含殘會受飼料n-3 HUFA含含量之影響,餵以低n-3 HUFA含量之飼料胍使體脂質含量降低且肝臟質含量增加,而肝臟脂質含量的不同是受其中性脂質含量之改變所致。再者,餵以低n-3 HUFA含量之飼料導致肝臟脂質中三酸甘酯含量增加,而提高飼料中的n-3 HUFA含量則使肝臟的磷脂含量增加。此外,不同的飼料n-3 HUFA含量亦影響魚體與肝臟脂質的脂肪酸組成,但酸(18:1n9)之含量則較不受影響;然而,提高飼料中的n-3 HUFA含量而降低亞油酸(18:2n6)含量會顯著降低魚體與肝臟中亞油酸的含量,但n-3 HUFA的含量則增加。 |
英文摘要 | The experiment was conducted for 12 weeks to investigate the body lipids and fatty acid composition of fingerling thornfish (Terapon jarbua) fed different levels of dictary n-3highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA). White fish meal and casein were the main protein sources and 7.0% soybean oil was the major lipid source in the basal diet. Different levels of n-3 HUFA (n-3 HUFA, 85%) ranging from 0.5 to 2.0% (at 0.5% increment) were supplemented to the basal diet for replacing the equivalent level of soybean oil. Triplicate groups of thornfish (about 8.0g), 12fish for each group, were stocked in 110 l glass aquaria and fed five test diets. The scawater temperature and salinity ranged from 19.3 to 23.6℃ and 30.2 to 35.9 ppt, respectively. Body lipid contents of fish were influenced by the dietary n-3 HUFA levels. Lower carcass lipid and higher hepatic lipid were observed at those fish fed diets with low level of n-3 HUFA. The variation in liver lipid contents of thornfish was due to its change in the neutral lipid content. The diet with low n-3 HUFA content produced a high percentage of triglyceride in the liver lipid, while increasing n-3 HUFA level resulted in increasing amount of phospholipid. Differences in the dietary n-3 HUFA levels also caused markedly differences among the fatty acid composition of carcass and liver. The percentages of oleic acid (18:1n9) of both nonpolar and polar lipids in both tissues were less affected by dietary n-3 HUFA levels. However, increasing dietary n-3 HUFA level to replace dietary linoleic acid (18:2n6) level effectively decreased the linoleic acid amount and increased the n-3 HUFA content in both tissues. |
