中文摘要 | 本研究利用氮化矽為基底材料,以TiN/Si�衹�祭あX材料及單一相氮化矽交互排 列,以常壓燒結製作出具有相同基材之層狀材料。 因為所添加的第二相 TiN 具有高熱膨脹 係數,使得層與層之間因為熱膨脹係數的差異性,當層狀材料由燒結溫度降至室溫時,造成 TiN/Si �� N �票h具有殘留張應力,單一氮化矽層具有殘留壓應力。首先研究三層材料內層 (TiN/Si �� N �� ) 的第二相添加量及厚度 (固定總厚度為 3mm) 對其機械性質的影響,再 改變層數 (固定總厚度 3mm) 研究其機械性質的改變。並利用鑽石壓子在材料側面施以壓痕 ,觀察裂縫傳播行為以瞭解殘留應力的影響。由實驗結果得到,層狀材料的變曲強度,破壞 �版囮☆�單一相 Si �� N �眼ㄟ炕C 層狀材料在界面處由於殘留應力的影響可使裂縫有轉折 的現象,而殘留應力隨著第二相的添加量增加或內層厚度增加 (三層材料 ) 而增加。 |
英文摘要 | The layered composites were made from monolithic Si�衹��. The residual stress due to thermal mismatch in multilayer composites was investigated. The mechanical properties influenced by the content of second phase and inner layer thickness in three layer composites were investigated. The mechanical properties of different number of layers in multilayer composites were investigated. Theoretical models were also used for calculating the compressive and tensile stress in the monolithic Si �� N �� layers and TiN/Si �� N �� layers for comparing with experimental results. Results indicated the flexural strength and fracture toughness were substantially improved. The existence of surface compressive and crack deflection at interfaces are toughening mechanics of multilayer composites. |
