中文摘要 | 無線區域網路(Wireless Local Area Network,簡稱WLAN)和第3代行動通信系統(Third Generation Mobile System, 簡稱3G)網路互運(Interworking)提供用戶不受時間和區域的限制,在高速數據速率和移動環境下,隨時經由無線網路存取服務。用戶使用具有WLAN和3G功能的雙模手機,利用互運網路提供的QoS(Quality of Services)機制,能夠在戶外傳輸環境存取大量不同的服務。在本篇論文中我們介紹3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)在Release 6提出的6個不同WLAN和3G互運情境。針對互運『情境3』的技術和架構,使用的通訊協定、介面以及新增元件的功能做一介紹。同時也對雙網互運時WLAN的選網機制、安全管理機制的程序流程做介紹。最後探討互運時資料傳遞的繞徑(Routing)機制和通道(Tunnel)建立的程序流程。 |
英文摘要 | Interworking of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) AND 3G mobile network (3G) provides ubiquitous wireless communication at high data rates and mobility condition. Using dual model User Equipment (UE), Subscribers can access large different services across a wide range of propagation environment with a variety of QoS (Quality of Services) requirements. In this paper we describe six different scenarios of WLAN and 3G interworking proposed by 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) Release 6. In addition, we illustrate the architecture, interfaces and new entities of interworking scenario 3. The security as well as the applied protocols supporting for scenario 3 are addressed. Finally, the user traffic routing and the procedure of tunnel establishment are also discussed. |
