中文摘要 | 使用撲式電話插頭/座型式的電話系統,其用戶電話機必須拆裝容易,且具有高度信賴度,本研究案經收集不同型式、廠牌之電話頭/座,分析其接觸彈片及金屬片之鍍層厚度,鍍金層孔洞性,並針下功能性做測試分析後,由實驗結果顯示,鍍金層愈厚,孔洞發生之機率相對降低,且耐蝕夕愈佳。機械接合性測試可測知金屬彈片之接觸力。功能性試驗,其中以藍霧試驗最能區別出試樣防潮、防濕、防塵效果之優劣。 |
英文摘要 | Modular plugs and jacks are adopted on telephone system in recent years. It should be safe, reliable and easy to install and use. This research describes an extensive study of material and functional requirements of modular plugs and jacks. The experimental results showed that the spring of jack must be plated with a minimum thickness of 50 mils of hard gold in order to improve the porosity of gold coating and the corrosion of base substrate. A mechanical connectivity test is necessary for the insurance of contact force. Salt spray test was proved the most suitable method for evaluating the moisture and dust resistance of different types of modular jacks. |
