中文摘要 | 本地晚生種白芹菜種子經過PEG 8000滲調處理(20℃,水勢能為-0.7至-1.0 MPa ,滲調 6 ﹣ 8 天)後和對照組比較發芽表現差異如下: 1.PEG 8000 滲調處理對芹菜發芽有顯著的促進效果, 滲調種子總發芽率比對照組高出 4.9 ﹣ 27.3 %,平均發芽天數比對照組快 4 ﹣ 6 天,縮短 42.4 ﹣ 57.6 %的發芽時間;發 芽係數每天可以提高 8.5 ﹣ 16.0 個,比對照組提高 112 ﹣ 211 %;均有顯著差異。 2. 滲調種子之發芽率為 73.4 ﹣ 82.7 %,對照組種子發芽率為 70.0 %。 以總發芽種子 計算,滲調種子達到 50 %種子發芽率需要 2.7 ﹣ 5.0 天,對照組則需要 9.0 天; 滲調 種子達到 70 %種子發芽率需要 4.3 ﹣ 7.0 天,對照組則需要 15.0 天。 3. 以 PEG 8000 處理的四種水勢能( -0.7 MPa,-0.8 MPa, -0.9 MPa 及 -1.0 MPa )及 三個滲調時間( 6,7 及 8 天)之間對促進種子發芽效果差異不顯著。 滲調處理時間的長 短僅影響發芽平均日數及 10 %發芽日數。不同水勢能及滲調處理時間之交感造成發芽平均 日數、發芽係數及 10 %及 50 %發芽日數則有顯著差異。 4. 本次處理效果由種子總發芽率、 種子發芽係數、種子發芽天數及種子發芽到 70 %的天 數來評估,以( 1 )水位勢能 -0.7 MPa,處理 6 ﹣ 8 天。( 2 )水位勢能 -0.8 MPa, 處理 7 ﹣ 8 天。 ( 3 )水位勢能 -0.9 MPa,處理 6 ﹣ 8 天。 ( 4 )水位勢能 -1.0 MPa,處理 7 ﹣ 8 天等效果較佳。 |
英文摘要 | Celery seeds of yellowing, self-blanching type late variety cultivated in Taiwan are primed with PEG 8000, water potential from -0.7 MPa to -1.0 MPa, at 20 ℃ for 6-8 days. Observation on germination rate, average days of germination, germination coefficient of germination vigor, and days of the 70% germination etc. were made. Primed and untreated seeds had following differences: 1.PEG 8000 primed 4.9-27.3% higher germination rate than untreated seeds. Primed seed germinated 4-6 days faster than untreated seeds. The time of germination of primed seed was 54.2-63.5% shorter and the germination coefficient of germination vigor was 7-16 seeds per day higher than untreated seeds. The efficiency of germination was also improved 126-218% by priming. 2.The germination rate of primed seed were 75.1-83.5%, but that of the untreated seeds was 70.0%. The time needed to obtain 50% germination was 2.7-5.0 days for primed seed and 9.0 days for untreated seeds. The time required to obtain 70% germination was 4.3-7.0 days for primed seed and 15.0 days for untreated seeds. 3.Celery seeds primed with PEG 8000 at four water potential (-0.7 MPa, -0.8 MPa, -0.9 MPa and -1.0 MPa) had no significant difference, and primed at 3 treatment duration (6, 7 and 8 days) also had no significant difference, in term of average days of germination, germination coefficient of vigor, and days of 10% germination. The interaction between water potential and duration of priming was not significant either. 4.Primed with PEG 8000 at 20 ℃ with water potential -0.7 MPa for 6-8 days, with water potential -0.8 MPa for 7-8 days, with water potential -0.9 MPa for 6-8 days, and with water potential -1.0 MPa for 7-8 days were most helpful in promoting germination. |
