中文摘要 | 本文主要在瞭解國民小學教師內部行銷、組織文化對組織承諾之影響關係,並進而分析在不同背景變項因素對內部行銷、組織文化、組織承諾知覺的差異情形。 本文透過採用文獻分析法、問卷調查法,以「內部行銷、組織文化對組織承諾影響關係之調查問卷」為研究工具,並以新竹縣市之國小教師為主要研究對象,調查結果應用SPSS/13.0統計套裝軟體進行分析,經信效度分析與相關差異比較後獲致相關之研究結果及建議如下: 一、國小教師對內部行銷組織文化、組織承諾的知覺情形屬中上程度。 二、不同性別、服務年資、教育程度、現任職位、學校規模對內部行銷有顯著差異。 三、不同性別、現任職位、學校規模對組織文化有顯著差異。 四、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、教育程度、現任職位、學校規模對組織承諾有顯著差異。 五、內部行銷、組織文化對組織承諾有中度正相關。 六、內部行銷、組織文化對組織承諾有預測效果。 |
英文摘要 | The primary purpose of this study was to understand the relationship of internal marketing, organization culture and organization commitment. By analyzing the different background variables of elementary teachers, the researcher could understand their perception of internal marketing, organization culture and organization commitment. This study adopted research methodologies of literature review and questionnaire survey. The research instrument was "Relationship of Organization Commitment between internal marketing and Organization Culture Questionnaire". The subjects were the elementary teachers in Hsinchu county and Hsinchu city. All the quantitative data was analyzed by SPSS/13.0 version. The research findings could be concluded as below: 1. The awareness of internal marketing, organization culture and organization commitment among the elementary school teachers is above average. 2. There are significant differences in the elementary school teachers' perception of internal marketing in term of the gender, seniority, educational background, current position and school size. 3. There are significant differences in the elementary school teachers' perception of organization culture in term of the gender, current position and school size. |
