中文摘要 | 汶斯田相(γFcc)鐵-5W/0鋁-30 W/0錳-1 W/0碳合金,於1050℃ / 1小時固溶處理及實施20%~70%之冷軋變形後,加熱於650℃~ 700℃開始產生再結晶(recrystallization)現象,大變形量(>40%冷軋)再結晶成核機構,係藉由次晶之生長(subgrain growth)或次晶之旋轉(subgrain rotation)而發生。 X-ray繞射實驗,發現固溶70%冷軋變形後,由應變引生(strain-induced)α'相,並出現(110)α'渡峰(peak):當加熱退火於700℃/30分~900℃/30分,完成再結晶處理,則α'相(110)波峰消失,且Bcc組織變為沃斯田相γFcc結構。進一步利用掃瞄穿透式電子顯微鏡 (scanning transmission electron mi-croscop)觀察再結晶,發現冷軋再結晶處理後,主要雙晶機構為(□1)<2□1>,(1□1)<1□>與(□1□)<□12>之退火雙晶(annealing twins)。 |
英文摘要 | The recrystallization and grain growth in austenitic Fe-5Al-30Mn-1C alloy after being solution treated at 1050°C/lhr and cold-rolled deforma-tion ranging from 20% ~ 70% reduction were studied. It was found that annealing at 650°C ~ 700°C caused what is phenomenologically described as a recrystallization process. When cold-rolled deformation more than 40% reduction, genuine nucleation occurred, both through grain boundary bulging and subgrain growth or subgrain rotation. After being S.T. 70% cold-rolled, the strain-induced (110)α' peak was detected by X-ray diffaction line profile analysis. However, recrystalliza-tion finished when annealing treatment was performed at 700°C/30 min ~900°C / 30 min. Then, the (110)α' peak would be suppressed and the microstructure became γFcc structure. Further observation was carried out through the STEM. It is discovered that after annealing recrystallization, the dominant annealing twins are (□1) <2□1>, (1□1) <1□> and (□1□) <□12>. |
