中文摘要 | 本研究使用心電圖以及手臂血壓量測器分析測試12名健康男性(20~30歲)及10名高血壓病患(30~50歲),以探討在2Hz低頻電刺激耳穴降壓溝10分鐘後,其心率變異、血壓變異變化情形。量測結果與對照組比較下,健康男性顯示R-RI(心跳間期)在經由FFT頻譜分析後可發現在高頻(0.04~0.15Hz)的功率面積有明顯下降而低頻(0.001~0.04Hz)功率面則有明顯上升的趨勢(p<0.05),此結果說明在接受2Hz電刺激耳穴降壓溝可能造成交感神經受到興奮的現象。另外在R-RI以平均間期的時域分析結果發現,R-RI在經由刺激後明顯發生間期時間減短的現象(p<0.05),說明心跳加速的現象。另外在SBP(收縮壓)、DBP(舒張壓)的變化方面,可發現刺激對於SBP有明顯的降壓效果,但在舒張壓方面則無統計上的差異。在高血壓病患方面,FFT頻譜分析、R-RI之平均間期時域分析、SBP的變化方面等,結果則與健康男性相反。由以上實驗結果得知,電刺激降壓溝可能會經由複雜血壓調控機轉而直接影響血壓的變化,並刺激感壓反射系統以至於影響自主神經的活性,進一步調控心跳速率。 |
英文摘要 | This study we used the ECG, blood-pressure-pulse recorder to analyze the heart rate variability, the blood pressure variability of 12 healthy males (20~30 years old) and 10 hypertensive patients (30~50 years old) after the subjects were stimulated by 2Hz Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation (LFES) for 10 minutes. In the healthy males, from the FFT spectrum analysis of ECG and pulse pressure graph, we found that the LFES applied on auricular Jiang Ya Gou could induce a significant decrease in the high frequency (0.04~0.15Hz) component of HRV and PRV, as well as a significant increase in the low frequency (0.001~0.04Hz) part (p<0.05). These results indicated that the sympathetic nerve was activated after stimulation, and the parasympathetic nerve was in restrained condition. In the time domain analysis, it showed that both the heart rate and pulse rate increased after stimulation in the experimental group (p<0.05). Moreover, the results showed that after the LFES on both side of Jiang Ya Gou could reduce systolic blood pressure but no conspicuous variation in diastolic pressure. We also found the hypertensive patients were contrary to healthy males' situation. Discussion with the experimental results, we conjectured boldly that LFES on auricular Jiang Ya Gou could affect immediately the variation of blood pressure because of complex blood adjustable system and further change of the heart rate. |
