中文摘要 | 臺灣室內設計實務發展,歷經美術工藝建築相關專業日識技能注入融合,至今已成為專門技術職類。現今國內的室內設系,更是擔任空間創意產業培育的搖籃。本究首先以專家會議描繪室內設計實務發展過程,解析臺灣近五十年的室內設計發展,具體結論為:臺灣室內設計實發展乃非正式營造產業,隨著民生經濟需求與公安責任制度的運作而形成。再者,究試圖透過雙講師制之就業學程執行,觀察學生對產學合作就業學程的滿意度,其具體結果為:1.校、內外師資結合理論與實務個案教學,能使學生融入實務,有利就業。2.業界師資選才,較意願選用修習此學程的學生。3.問卷調查顯示,三定生普遍很滿意學程中補助的雙講師制度,可吸收課堂理論並參訪觀摩實案例,提升職場知識與專業技能。另外,參訓畢業學生就業率達到七成六,對於產學合一技職教育理想目標,有積極的正面意義。 |
英文摘要 | Through the introduction of professional knowledge and skills of fine arts, design and architecture, interior design has been developed into a professional occupation in Taiwan. The departments of interior design in the colleges and universities of our country have become the cradles for cultivating talents in space deign. Firstly, this research uses expert conference to describe the development process of interior design practice and explains the development of interior design in Taiwan through nearly 50 years. A conclusion is drawn as follows: the development of interior design practice in Taiwan is formed in the informal construction industry along with the social economic demand and the public security responsibility system. Secondly, through the execution of vocational education program of dual instructor system, the researcher tries to observe the students’ satisfaction about the industry-academy cooperative vocational education program. The specific results are as follows: 1) the cooperation of internal and external teachers and the combination of theory and practical case study are favorable for employment; 2) the companies are more willing to employ the students who attend the education program; and 3) the questionnaire investigation shows that, almost all of the students are very satisfied with the dual-instructor system for the supplementary courses, in which they can absorb the theory taught in classroom and visit the practical cases to improve their career knowledge and professional skills. In addition, the employment rate of the graduates who attend the education program reaches 76%. This has a positive meaning on the ideal goal of industry-academy cooperative vocational education. n |
