中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探究在教育實習期間,一位學生教師的數學教學知能,以及她的數學教與學的信念。她是一位師範院校的公費生,就讀於數學資訊教育學系數學組四年級。資料收集包括她的課堂札記、教學觀摩心得、教學演示、教學實習、教學評論、教案、與網路社群的互動、以及訪談資料。資料的信度和效度則由上述資料進行三角校正。研究結果發現,個案學生教師在學期間對於學理的學習都用自己的認知來詮釋,因此對於數學學理的詮釋有些相符、有些出現偏差的情形。對於數學知識的認知和學生的認知知識有時也會和師資培育者的說法相左但也合理的情形。她的教學方式,雖然偏向講述或引導的教學方法,但是她在教學過程中也出現重視營造數學感的數學,以及能處理學生的迷思概念。 她之所以會偏向講述或引導的教學方法,主要和她偏向傳授觀與接受觀的教與學的信念有相關性。從個案學生教師的研究結果,研究者提出一個臆測:假如一位教師有非常不同的教與學經驗,他可能對不同學習階段有不同的信念,或者不同學習能力有不同信念的動態觀點。同時,有動態教學信念的教師與他是否能進行多元優選教學方法的相關性,也值得進一步探究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate mathematics teaching knowledge/competence and belief of a student teacher. She is a government fund student in teachers college. She is a senior of department of mathematics and computer science education. Data collected by notes of classroom learning, comment of teaching observation, micro-teaching, teaching practice, comment of teaching practice, comment of teaching cases in website, and interviews. We found that she always use her cognition to interpret teaching theories, hence we found that she has bias interpret with some teaching theories, her cognition of mathematics content and students' cognition have conflict with teacher educator. Although her main teaching practices is speech teaching method or guide teaching method. Her teaching practices also have mathematics sense making, and teaching student misconception. Her teaching belief is a view of transmission and a view of reception. From result of interview, we conjecture that a teacher may have dynamic teaching belief, if his experience learning or teaching is very different in different learning stage or student ability. At the same time, it worth integrate a teacher can using multiple optimization teaching methods with his dynamic belief. |
