中文摘要 | 本課程之主要目的在於以五至十二歲的兒童為對象,以有關蛙泳技巧教學的實際經驗,發展出一套口語化的教學課程,以清楚的口令、節拍,使兒童易懂、易學、進而喜歡游泳,想要游泳且學會游泳。課程藉由前置動作練習(初步認識、正式練習)的引導入門,使兒童具備吐氣、換氣及漂浮之能力,再正式進入各項蛙泳動作技巧之學習。課程透過教學者按部就班,耐心的逐一完成各項蛙泳動作教學步驟,就能讓兒童順利學會蛙泳技巧,以奠定兒童學習其他各種游泳技巧之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to present a process-oriented syllabus for the infant swimming course focused on the breaststroke style. The course is intended specifically for the children aged from 5 to 8. In this empirical study, the author develops a methodology to facilitate swimming learning, which involves verbalizing the rhythm of strokes. Starting from the preliminary exercises, the infants carry out the drill of breath out, change breath, and drift step by step. After mastering this course, the infants are well prepared for learning of other swimming styles. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the course significantly motivates the infants to learn how to swim. The course makes the infants to learn efficiently, effectively, and enjoyably. |
