中文摘要 | 近幾年來國內輕質隔間牆系統越來越普遍,惟目前其成本仍高於傳統磚牆,若以成本考量,大多還是以傳統磚牆或鋼筋混凝土牆為主。本研究主要是以住宅用途之鋼筋混凝土造房屋建築結構為標的,以三種不同重量之輕質隔間牆(0.06~0.35)來取代傳統磚牆,並以四種不同樓層數之建物(5樓、10樓、15樓和25樓)為案例,依921地震後修正之地震力進行分析比較。分析及設計是以結構分析程式ETABS來進行,梁及柱等主結構構件之配筋及鋼筋量計算則使用繪圖程式DRAWRC和估算程式ESTRC來進行。研究結果發現,隨著樓層數的增加,輕質隔間牆對於梁及柱構件鋼筋量的影響就越顯著。在5、10、15及25樓案例中,其鋼筋節省量分別為3%~5%、6%~8%、13%~16%及13%~21%。根據本研究,在高層鋼筋混凝土建築物中使用輕質隔間牆,對減少作用地震力及鋼筋量是一有效的方法。 |
英文摘要 | In the past few years, the light weight partition wall becomes more popular in Taiwan; however for the cost consideration, the conventional masonry and reinforced concrete wall still often used. In this study, the reinforced concrete residence building will be evaluated by three different types of light wall system (0.06, 0.08, 0.35 t/m2) and four different types of story (5, 10, 15 and 25 story). The seismic force according to the building code which is revised after 921 earthquakes will be used in the analysis. The commercial computer program ETABS will be used to perform the structure analysis and design, as well as the program DRAWRC and ESTRC will be used to do the reinforcement design and quantity calculation of the major component in the structure. The results show that as long as the number of story of the building increased the influence of the partition wall weight to the amount of reinforcement is also more remarkable. The cut down on the amount of reinforcement is approximately 3~5 %, 6%~8%, 13%~16% and 13%~21% for 5, 10, 15 and 25 story building respectively. Also, the results show that the use of light weight partition wall system is an effective way to reduce seismic forces and to cut down on the amount of reinforcement in tall reinforced concrete buildings. |
