中文摘要 | 2002 年於彰化縣香菜專業區進行香菜細菌性葉枯病消長調查,發現本病發生於6月下旬至10月下旬,以7月中旬至9月下旬發生較為嚴重。香菜細菌性葉枯病菌於50℃之恆溫水浴機,經處理30分鐘後,完全無法存活,而香菜種子於相同處理下,種子發芽率並不受影響,但溫度提高到55℃及60℃,種子發芽率則顯著下降。經兩次田間藥劑篩選試驗,結果以三元硫酸銅、氧化亞銅、嘉賜銅及氫氧化銅等4種藥劑防病效果較佳,且無藥害產生。 |
英文摘要 | The incidence of bacterial leaf blight of coriander were surveyed from January 2002 to December 2002.The disease was found from June to October, but the highest incidence occurred from July to September. The causal agent of the disease, Xanthomonas campestris pv. coriandri, could not survive when immersed in 50℃ hot water for 30 min., but coriander seed germination rate was not affected with the same treatment. The seed germination rate decreased significantly when water temperature was raised to 55 and 60oC. Field trials showed that 27.12% Tribasic copper sulfate F.P., 56% Cuprous oxide W.P., 77.5% Kasugamycin + Copper oxychloride W.P. and 77% Cupric hydroxide W.P. 25% were effective to control the disease. |
