中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在分析男子三級跳遠選手腳著地動作,以提供教練、選手訓練之參考。本研究以五部每秒60張畫面的攝影機,拍攝九十二年全國運動會男女三級跳遠決賽選手為受試者,以14個肢段、21個關節點的人體模型,實施二度空間的影片分析,並以皮爾遜積差相關探討參數與階段距離及 實跳距離之間相關,所獲得的結論如下: (一)、三個階段水平速度平均為男子8.36、7.70、6.46公尺/秒,三個階段均與實跳距離達顯著相關(r=.850, r=.855, r=.835 , P<.05)。 (二)、三個階段著地角度平均為男子71.92、73.70、71.47,與階段距離及實跳距離均無顯著相關意義。 (三)、三個階段以騰跳著地時膝關節角度最大,以便能貯存更多彈性能量,利於下一個動作執行。 (四)、三個階段著地時重心平均高度為93.73、91.04、97.21公分,在最後一步與實跳距離有顯著相關意義(r=.754, P<.05)。 (五)、最後一步、騰跳、跨跳著地時與質心水平距離平均為33.96、32.27、35.98公分,僅在跨跳著地距離與躍跳階段達顯著負相關意義(r=-.816 ,P<.05)。 (六)、三個階段支撐時間越往後面時間越長,顯示水平速度隨著各個階段降低,支撐時間與階段距離及實跳距離上並無顯著相關意義。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to analyze male triple jumpers’ landing leg motion. Five cameras with a speed of 60 frames per second (Canon ZR-60) were used to film all performances in competitions in 2003 National Games. This study chose the best record of the means of a 14-segment and 21-point body model. The data of competitions was computed. According to the results, we concluded as follows: 1.The horizontal speed for three phases male is 8.36, 7.70, 6.46, m/sec. The horizontal speed of male is significantly correlated with the actual distance (r=.850, r=.855, r=.835 ). 2.The landing angle of last stride, hop and step male was 71.92°, 73.70°, and 71.47. There were no statistically significant correlation with jump and actual distance. 3.During the three phases, the angle of knee joints ranges most when hopping, which helps restore more elastic energy in order to do next movement. 4.The height of gravity center while landing male is 93.97 , 91.04, 97.21cm . Male’s last stride landing is significantly correlated with actual distance (r=.754). 5.The landing distance of last stride, hop and step male was 33.96㎝, 32.27㎝, and 35.98㎝. Only male’s step landing distance negatively correlation with jump distance(r=-.816). 6.The later the support time of three phases, the longer the time is, which means that the horizontal speed lowers along with the three phases. The support time of three phases, distance in the jump phase and actual distance are not significantly correlated. |
