中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在分析男子三級跳遠選手空中動作,以提供教練、選手訓練之參考。本研究以五部每秒60 張畫面的攝影機,拍攝九十二年全國運動會男子三級跳遠決賽選手為受試者,以14 個肢段、21 個關節點的人體模型,實施二度空間的影片分析,所獲得的結論如下: (一)三個階段水平速度為8.36 、7.70 、6.46公尺/秒,垂直速度2.48 、1.82、2 .47公尺/秒,三個階段水平速度與實跳距離達顯著相關(r=0.850, r=0.855, r=0.835)。 (二)三個階段起跳角度16.46 、13.24 、20.91 度,僅騰跳起跳角度與階段距離達高度負相關意義(r=-0.625)。 (三)三個階段起跳時重心高度分別為102.7 、100.6 、103.1公分,在跨跳階段起跳重心高與階段距離達顯著相關意義(r=0.760)。 (四)水平距離以躍跳水平距離最大,與階段及實跳距離均無相關意義。 (五)三個階段空中時間0.563 、0.367 、0.581 秒,以躍跳階段空中時問最長,跨跳階段時間最短。 (六)三個階段空中平均角動量為7.01 、0.69 、3.39公斤-公尺2/秒,僅躍跳階段與實跳距離有高度負相關意義(r=-0.593)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to analyze male triple jumpers' flight motion. Five cameras with 60 frames per second (Canon ZR-60) were used to film all performances in the competitions of the 2003 National Games chosen for this study. A two-dimensional film analysis of the best athletes was performed using a 14-segment human body model with 21 joints. According to the results, the conclusions are shown below: 1. The horizontal speeds for three phases were 8.36, 7.70, 6.46m/s; the vertical speeds were 2.48, 1.82, 2.4 7m/s, respectively. 2. The takeoff angles of the three phases were 16.46, 13.24, and 20.91, respectively. Only the hop-jump angle and the phase distance were negatively correlated (r=-0.625). 3. The center of gravity heights of the three phases were 102.7cm, 100.6cm, and 103.1cm, respectively. In the stepping phases, the center of gravity height and the phase distance are significantly correlated (r=0.760). 4. The jumping horizontal distance is the longest of the total horizontal distance, and the phase and the actual distance are not significantly correlated. 5. The flight times of three phases were 0.563sec, 0.367sec, and 0.581sec, respectively. The flight time of the jumping phase was the longest with the stepping phase the shortest. 6. The average flight angular momentum were 7.01、0.69、3.39kg-m2 /sec. In the jumping phase, the flight angular momentum and the actual distance were negatively correlated (r=-0.593). |
