英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between family relationship and kindergarten teachers' collaboration and attitude. Does this relationship affect kindergarten teachers' collaboration and attitude. The researcher used KJ method to analyze the data in this study. Most teachers demonstrate that family interaction will influence teachers' collaboration and the attitude. Kindergarten teachers will have positive attitude in coping with their conflict at work if they have good relationship with family. At school, the principal needs to concern about teachers and their family. And thus, teachers will be good role at their job as possible as they can. Children can also grow and learn in the environment with humor and love. |
