中文摘要 | 許多的設備或是生產機台在正常使用條件下,多數會呈現一種浴缸型曲線的失效率,亦即使用該設備或是機台的前半段,會有較高但遞減的失效率,過了某一時間點之後,該設備或是機台的故障率將極低且呈現平穩的狀態,不過,隨著設備或是機台的老化,過了某一時間點之後,設備或是機台的故障率將會逐漸遞增,在實務應用中,賣方會盡可能地計算或是估計出上述兩個時間點,以作為生產或是行銷上的工具或是手段;本研究則是針對於此種浴缸型曲線的失效率,探討所必須因應的檢驗策略,並進而提供一個合理的檢驗策略,以應用於所需之檢驗計畫中。 |
英文摘要 | This paper develops a policy for a production system with bathtub curve failure rate. The bathtub curve is often high in the initial phase because that there may be undiscovered defects which is known as infant mortality. When the production system has survived the infant mortality period, the failure rate often stabilizes at a lower level where it remains for a certain amount of time until it starts to increase as the production system begins to wear out. The life time of a production system may be divided into three typical intervals by defining two change points that affects the failure rate curve and the seller usually does his best to calculate or estimate the two change points in order to benefit in the field operation or market. We focus on the topic of inspection policy with bathtub curve failure rate and try to deal a reasonable inspection scheme. |
