中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討年輕女子工作型態及身體活動量對健康體適能的影響。研究對象為景文技術學院進修推廣部220名女性學生。以三日身體活動回憶紀錄法來評計每日身體活動能量消耗值及利用工作型態調查表來區分坐式、站式及走動式等三種工作型態,並進行健康體適能測驗。以獨立樣本二因子變異數分析工作型態及身體活動量對健康體適能的影響,若達顯著差異則進一步以薛費氏法進行事後比較。研究發現工作型態與身體活動量在健康體適能中的心肺耐力具顯著差異,在不同的工作型態中,走動式工作型態組的受試者在心肺耐力的成績表現較優於站式工作型態組及坐式工作型態組。在不同的身體活動量中,高身體活動量組的受試者在心肺耐力的成績表現較優於中身體活動量組及低身體活動量組。 此外,工作型態與身體活動量分別在身體質量指數上具顯著性差異。在不同的工作型態中,走動式工作型態組的身體質量指數優於站式工作型態組,坐式工作型態組優於站式工作型態組。在不同的身體活動量中發現,中身體活動量組及高身體活動量組的身體質量指數都顯著低於低身體活動量組。 |
英文摘要 | This paper examined the influence of work styles and quantity of physical activity on the health-related physical fitness of young women. The subjects consisted of 220 young female students attending the Department of Extension Education at Jin-Wen Institute of Technology. A record of physical activity over 3 days was taken in order to estimate a daily consumption value. A work-style questionnaire was used in order to distinguish the 3 different work styles: sitting, standing, and on-the-move. In addition, a health-related physical fitness test was carried out. Then, simple Factorial ANOVA method was used to analize the influence of work styles and physical activity on health-related physical fitness. Where significant differences were discovered, a further comparison was made by using Scheffe,s method. The findings of this research are: (1) Depending on the work style and quantity of physical activity undertaken by the individual, there were significant differences in levels of cardio-pulmonary stamina. With relation to different work styles, the participants whose work involved moving around had higher cardio-pulmonary stamina levels than those with standing or sitting work styles. Regarding different quantities of physical activity, participants who highly physically active possessed more cardio-pulmonary stamina than participants who were moderately active or relatively inactive. (2) According to work styles and quantity of physical activity, participants showed significant divergences in their body weight. The participants with on-the-move work style were in better shape than those with standing work style. And, those with sitting work style were in better shape than those with standing work style. While, the participants engaging in an average quantity high quantity of activity were in better shape than those engaging in little physical activity. |
