中文摘要 | 本研究旨在因應師資培育法新制,探討商科實習生專業社會化的問題及其影響情形。為達此目的,本研究採行動研究法,並以商經科、會計科、資處科及廣設科的實習生計四位為研究對象。採用深度訪談及撰寫實習日誌等方法,運用ATLAS. ti質性研究資料分析電腦軟體,配合關鍵事件分析法(critical incident technique; CIT)、「校正分析歸納法」及「恒常比較分析法」分析資料。本研究結果顯示,商經科實習生在新制教育實習期間所遭遇的問題,有:時間感的壓縮震撼、教師資格檢定考試的排擠效應、師傳指導需求殷切等項,結果發現實習生深受師資培育法新制「教師資格檢定考試」的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The study analyzed action research program effect and explored the content of profession socialization of cognition change to adjust New Teacher Education Law of students in teacher education program. To achieve this goal, the subjects are four student teachers in National Yunlin University of Science & Technology Participant observation, interview and learning portfolio were used to collect related documents. Also, critical incident technique (CIT) was used and decoded by ATLAS.ti software to do qualitative analysis and understand the content of professional socialization conception and change process of students in teacher education program. The results indicate that we can explore problems of professional socialization of student teachers was shocking of time, affect of teacher examines, and need of mentor. Also, findings indicate the teacher examines affect results of socialization of professional of student teachers. |
