中文摘要 | 對於傳統皮膚科治療無效的穩定性白斑,移植培養的自體純黑色素細胞是一個有效的治療方式。我們曾經報告了120位白斑病人,在二氧化碳雷射磨皮後,接受培養的自體純黑色素細胞做白斑移植。通常我們會有多餘的細胞可以冷凍,做為日後病人需要進一步治療時使用。我們在此報告了三例病人接受使用冷凍1-6個月的黑色素細胞,這些細胞經過2-4週的復甦和培養,並移植在白斑區域。其中兩位病人色素重現的情形良好,但另一位病人卻失敗了。目前我們的實驗室會固定將移植後剩餘的黑色素細胞冷凍儲存。 |
英文摘要 | Transplantation of cultured autologous pure melanocytes is an effective treatment for patients with stable vitiligo who failed to respond to medical treatment. We reported 120 vitiligo patients treated with transplantation of cultured autologous pure melanocytes after CO2 laser-abrasion. Usually we have excess cells that can be cryostored for later use in case the patients that require further treatment. We report on 3 cases here in which the melanocytes were cryostoraged for 1-6 months, the cells were recovered, cultured for 2-4 weeks and transplanted onto vitiliginous area. Good repigmentation was obtained in 2 cases, but failure was observed in one case. Now the melanocytes left over after transplantation are cryostored routinely in our laboratory. |
